We applied I485 excluding my son on Aug 2001and completed the fingerprinting & waiting for for our approval .We applied I- 485 for our son(age 6years) in the month of Jan 2002.I want to know Once we got the GC approval, Will my son will also get approval along with us or we have to wait till his GC approval.Is there any way if he wants to go to India once we got the GC & his still pending status. pl share if anybody is under same situation
