Need info urgently.

Hi all:

I really hope someone can get back to me tonight. My wife got her FP notice. I am still waiting to receive mine. The FP notice told us to go to Charlotte, NC to have the FP done.

Are there any INS DLEA (Designated Law Enforcement Agencies) closer to Durham,NC or Raleigh, NC where we could go to have her FP done?

Without explaining the detail..it will be real difficult if not hell for us to go to Charlotte for FP. I wish there was a closer center here in Raleigh Durham Area.

I searched INS website. It only lists ASC not DLEA.

I would very much appreciate it if someone could get back to me soon.

I too live in Raleigh/Durham area and waiting for my FP notice. Could you please tell us the 485 RD/ND ? did you call IIO for scheduling the FP?
any info is appreicated.

I don't have the I-485 with me right now. But I think our I-485 date was September 13,2001. Actually, that was mine. And my wife's RD was November something. And yet, she got her FP notice before me. Go figure!:)

When they sent her the FP notice, they included an appointment. You can request another date for the FP. But we went on the default one.

I asked the people there. They said for I-485 FP, you have to go to Charlotte. There is no place in RDU area where you could go to have your FP done.

Like I said..I am still waiting to get my FP notice. I hope I get it soon.

I got my FP notice about 2 weeks back. I am suppose to appear at DLEA Raleigh. This is on S.Salisbury St in Raleigh.
