Need info on Passport stamping in Dallas

I have already posted about my approval.
(RD 06/28/01, ND 07/25/01, AD 02/12/04. Received approval notice on: 02/17/04).
We are planning to go for stamping tomorrow. We have school going kids and thinking of reaching to INS, Dallas by 6:45 AM. Is it okay?
When will they start issuing the tokens and how long will they issue it?
Is there any cut off time (like up to 7.00 AM) or numbers (like up to 200 people)?
Is it okay to go around 12:30?

Go arround 11:30, you should be able to get a ticket right way, and get inside to wait for your number to be called.

Our Experiance in Dallas

We had stamped on 02/05/2004 in Dallas Office.

We were there at 6:30am. Little bit cold weather. Two rows were filled up.

They started issuing token at 6:30am onwards. We received our Token at 7:25am.

We were called for stamping at 8:15am. We were out at 8:25am.

If you go after 9:00 am, you will be out with in 1 hour.

Things to take.

1. Approval Notice
2. Two Photos
3. Any non expired Advance Parole
4. Any Non expired EAD
5. Social Security Card
6. Driving License
7. Passport (Should not be expired with in 6 Months)
8. I-94

That's all.

No questions asked.

Is there a seperate line for Passport stamping in Dallas?

I remember going for interim EAD and I had to stand in the LOOONG line. There was another shorter line too but it was for appointments.

Any experiences in Dallas?
 
Is social security card also required for stamping

There was only one line to get the token numbers. Depending on your case type (GC Stamping, Interim EAD, AP,....), you will receive A/B/C/E/F category tokens.

Appointment necessary?

Is appointment necessary for stamping. I don't think so but I have read guys in Florida HAVE to make an appointment over the web.
 
You don't need an appointment for passport stamping in Dallas. You can go on any week day except Wednesday. Tokens are issued between 6:30 AM - 1 PM
