Hello,
Hope someone can help me. Does the USCIS require that all H1-B application (filing fee $185, training fee $1,500, fraud fee $500) payments be in official company check form?
A company is considering hiring me assuming that I pay for all the required filing fees. Since it is quite a large company, they dont want to have to go through the hassle of advancing the payments for me (check payments are done in the central office) ....even if i reimburse them later...what they want to happen is that i will pay for all the fees myself using a personal check or money order...
also, assuming one of the senior managers is willing to issue his personal check to shoulder the payments (and i pay him back) is this possible since he is an employee of the company?
Has anyone done this? Or did all of you need to use an official company check to make the payments?
Thanks!
