Hello Everyone,
I am a married student on F1 status. My wife came here as my dependant (on F2) in May 2004. I want to get her H1 processed. Can anyone tell me if I would be taking any risk in doing so? I know a consultant who could offer her a job but the catch is that she should have H1 to work.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
