Need immediate advice

Employer has already started gc process by applying for DOL clearance in July 2004. Sixth year H1B is expiring on 8th August 2005. 365 days after applying to DOL will be over on 6th July 2005.

That means that there will be just one month available to apply and receive 7th year extension of H1b.

Need advice badly on following :

1) When can we apply to INS for the 7th year extension ( Applying after 365 days leaves only one month for I797 and stamping)

2) GC appln DOL clearance sought from IOWA state. Now all being routed through the centres identified. Who will certify that DOL clearance sought and crossed 365 days.

3) Which are the documents required for applying for the 7th year extension.

Would be grateful for an immediate reply posting. Would really appreciate it.

2) GC appln DOL clearance sought from IOWA state. Now all being routed through the centres identified. Who will certify that DOL clearance sought and crossed 365 days. (your LC will go automatically from state labor dept to DOL)
3) Which are the documents required for applying for the 7th year extension.
State Labor dept (LC) recipt letter with priority date is sufficeint. Also state labor dept send a letter once their approval process is over and the application is being forwarded to DOL. Copy of this letter also reqd for your case.Would be grateful for an immediate reply posting. Would really appreciate it.
