Need imm help on B2 visa

Hi ..

I'm green card holder , planning to bring my elder brother to US on visiting visa .But problem is my brother mentally retarded, his age around 38 yrs old .
my mother having already Visting visa for 10yrs .
here are some questions for me :

1.can i send visiting visa papers for my brother.

2. or any other visa for this type persons to send visiting visas

please let me know anythig on this or any other site to get info or any other documenst i have to send with visiting papers .

please reply on this ,thnx in advance .
 
He must apply for a visitor visa like everyone else. Since he is unlikely to travel by himself, he could appear in a group appointment with the family member or attendent who would be accompanying him on the trip so all could get their visas together.

He needs to be prepared to prove that his intent is not to remain in the US and live with you. This would be a very high standard to meet especially if he is living with your parents and they are getting too old to care for him. There is the presumption that he would become a public charge.
