need I-134

I am Algerian, father of three girls I passed an interview the 11 August 2010 (DV-2010), they gave me the OK but the Form I-134 is required before 20 septembre2010 .
I would really like someone who lives in USA makes me this form, I'll be very grateful.

Filling up a form requires sensitive personal info, you don't want to give somebody that kind of info that you don't even know from Adam that kind of info on a public forum.

I-134 is usually used for a non immigrant visa, and you said you are being processed for a DV. Are you sure?

I-134 is used for DV visas. I-864 is for family-based immigration.
