need help ...!!!

Hi Guys..

My AP is pending for more than 3.5 mths in CSC but nothing has come up. I have to travel to india and i am planning to try for Emergency AP.. I am thinking of going to san jose INS center on Thu morning...Need little info of what papers I require...

1. I-131 apllication
2. letter from my Dr that my mom is sick
3. check for 110$
4. 2 Photos... (ARE THESE REQUIRED..??)

I am not 2 sure about the snaps or if they would click the snaps for me like in iEAD... Can u pls advise if this is all is reqd..

By the way I also have an H1 extension papers with me which i plan to get stamped in india but i am thinking of taking AP just incase my GC gets approved...

Pls advise guys that whatever papers i have mentioned is all I need...

I485 receipt is a must. photos are not required... so is 110$. But as a backup they are good(if BCIS is not able to locate your AP application)
