need help!!

i got deported from us.now i live in croatia.in us i have 2 kids 3 year old and 9 year old.i lived with there mom but didnt got married.now last month i did got married for us citizen in croatia,(not my kids mom)so now what to do .what forms do i need to fill in.my wife went back and we will file all papers needed for me but dont no where to start.i dont have any crime in us.thanks zack

why were you deported? How long ago was your deportation? Without knowing the circumstances of your case, if I were you, would stay comfortable in Croatia. It is going to cost $$$ to get a waiver since you were deported.
