Hi everyone this is my first time here. ? My husband is a US citizen he filed the I130 for my son it was approved, but we are separating and he doesn't want to file the affidavits of support what should I do. (Help)

there is nothing you can do. If he doesn't want to file an affidavit of support and proceed with visa issuance - it's his right to do so.
