I need suggestion about that if I am qualified for NIW.
1. J-1 holder, the second year.(planning file J waiver and I140 same time)
2. PhD in Japan, MD in China
3. 3 publications(2 English and 1 Japanese journal), 1 first author,
4. 7 presentations (5 in Japan, 2 in US)
5. 1 paper in submiting
6. came to US as postdoc in Sep/02, work with a antibioterrorism project til now
7, received Chinese government scholarship and went to Japan with it(1 year).
8. 3 professional membership in Japan,but don\'t keep it after came to US
I don\'t know if a anti-bioterrorism project can help me or not.
