I got my NIW case approved and began the I485. The petitioner of the NIW is myself.
I am a little bit worried about the I485 because I changed job in the I140 process. I am
still in the same field. My lawyer said I was fine. Do you guys have any suggestion?
Another thing bothers me is my EA case. I filed EA at the same time as NIW and
got a REF before my NIW was approved. We sent the doc back on time. Recently,
I got a letter from INS saying that my EA was denied because my REF was never
received. My lawyer said that they could proved by the Fedex receipt that INS did
received my RFE. However, since my NIW was approved and the PD is current,
there was no need to reopen EA because they might cost my additional about $200.
I told him I was worried about changing job, he said if I worried about that, the EA
would not help me since changing job had the same effect on EA as on NIW.
Would you please give me some advice on this?
