I'm an USC and I want to find out the fastest way to get legal status for my unmarried daughter, age 22, currently on B-2 visa. I want to put her in college so we need to apply for a F-1 visa while she's here in USA. Can I send the I-130 application after F-1 visa?
Another detail: she had GC already approved in 2003 but she did not want to come to USA back then.
Thanks

so, she has a I-130 approved already? as far as I know she may probably use it again.

the fastest way - to get married to a USC.

yes, she can study, however, to get into a decent college in the fall, she needed to apply and get accepted by now. All other colleges - get in, get an I-20, apply for a change of status, wait for approval or denial.

thanks

I-130 was approved in 2003, is it still valid? How can we use it now(if it's valid) to speed up the immigration process? Should we apply for I-485 immediately?

I don't know the answers to your questions. Ask a lawyer or an immigration officer at infopass.
