I have h1b visa which is still valid, I’m working in NJ and my company applied GC for me which is still in state lavel.
Last week I got my approval to immigration to Canada ( I applied to immigration to Canada in 2005)
I’m thinking to go there to do the landing process and come back to US and my company will support me
My qs please

1-is there anyway to take reentry visa to US from here (before I leave to Canada)???
2-if no is there any way make me sure I can come back to US????
3-How long I can stay there without any problems

check out the postings under moving to canada or buffalo tracker (not sure if you have checked those forums already).
Re-entry visa can not be taken from the US (that would be something though).
If you go for landing and return within 30 days and haven't applied for a US visa, you should be able to use automatic revalidation rule.
You also need to be from a country whose citizens are not barred from availing of this rule.
