hi guru well my question is i am in my fourth yr of H1B applied for rir pd jan 2004 from MA but hve been pretty disgusted with the back log in philly what do u think ? if i should apply for the perm?

If you are eligible for EB2, go for PERM. But PERm will not guarentee you for quick I 485 approval, by the way PERM got approved, the date will retrogress soon for all of us
