Need help

My 485 was just approved and i live in west haven ct. I am not getting the infopass appointment for hartford uscis centre. Can we directly go there for green card stamping or will have to take infopass appointment. This is busy for whole of last week. I called uscis service centre and the lady tells me to keep trying .

Anybody with similar exp please help.
