i have submitted my labor application in march feb 2004 and my hib six years will expire in dec 2005 and i can file extension for 7th years some time in april 2005. In the mean time if perm process starts and i file my labor through perm and if it gets rejected, can i still apply for 7th year exten. Can i still leave my old labor app as its under edd and file new one under perm which is regulated by DOl. I need some advice from guru's please, i dont want to mess up, i rather wait and get 7th years exten then get rejected in perm
