I am on 7 the year extension based on my labor pending more than 365 days and it is expiring on July 2005.
My question is, can i transfer to company Y for 8 th year extension and what is the best time for me to apply the labor transfer.
---You CANNOT transfer Labor but you can file 8th year H1 extension through any employer if ANY LC filed for you by ANY employer is pending more than 365 days AND you have Evidence of LC filing( evidence is the LC filing recipt that lawyer gets after filing the LC from SWA or SESA) and that LC is STILL pending
