I am new to this forum. My Labor was filed in IL around 08/10/03 as RIR. I got the case number(Vi..) from attorney. Does this mean it has gone to Federal ? I am not able to find my case in AVM and not in the website flcdatacenter.com . What is this means ? What is the status ? When I talk to attorney..I am getting only one answer..they have sent a fax to find out the status???
Please help... What should I do???
