Hi senior guys,

Need your help.

140/485/EAD/aP applied on Dec 12th at Vermont under EB3. I just want to know if my company send me to India, how my GC processing will work out sitting in India. My company is reputed one and they are assuring me that we will extended full support for your GC process. My AP, EAD got approved.

It all depends on your relationship with the company. Ask for I140, I485 receipts and keep checking the status once in a while. You need to do Finger printing at some point of time. How are you going to handle that?
What about renewal of EAD and AP. You need to be in the US during AP processing (application till approval). You need valid AP to enter US when you want to stamp the GC approval in your passport, if you do not have any other valid dual intent (Not B, F) work visa.
 
Thanks jaxen . Is this possible to have all communication and finger printing from india? My company told me that my GC process can go well even if I am in India.
