Need help with writing a letter explaning my B2 extension!

Hello,
First of all, I would like to say what a great forum this is! I am glad to have found you guys. There are so many knowledgeable members here that know their stuff... ;)

Like the title says, I need help with writing a direct and simple letter explaining my reasons for filling a B2 extension. Here is my story maybe someone can help me out!

I’m married to a permanent resident with approved I30 and waiting for my cut off date for my case to be current (priority date 10/8/03). I have been visiting my husband for the past 4 years using a B2 visa and I never over stayed my visa nor did I ever have a problem obtaining a visa.

I just had a baby on 6/15/07 and I have yet to receive the birth certificate that will enable me to obtain a passport for my baby. My visa expires on 8/03/07. Baby needs his regular doctor check ups and immunizations. I still need to see my doctor for post delivery check ups.

I really hope those above reasons are good enough to grant me an extension. I really hat to over stay my visa; especially my husband is so close to be naturalized within the next few months.

I would really appreciate it, if someone can help me write a genuine letter stating the above facts to attach with my I-539 form.

First of all, go to your local Health Department and request a copy of live birth certificate. You should have gotten yours more than 2 weeks ago!

Good idea!
It should help my case on obtaining the extension. Right!

BTW, I mailed the birth certificate application that the hospital provided me with, with a fee for 5 original copies on 6/18/07 and I have yet to receive it!

I am attaching a current bank letter (for a B-2, or a letter from a company explaining the business reason for a B-1 extension), indicating sufficient funds to cover my expenses in the United States.

It would be appreciated if you would grant my request for extension of stay, and forward the approval to me as soon as possible.
