Need Help with WOM for N400

Hi I am looking into filing a WOM for my N400 case. I had been waiting for almost two years and tried all the 'letter writting' to congressman, senators, and 1st lady but just get a letter from FBI saying my name check is 'in process'. I am wondering if anyone can give me a sample of how to write the complaint for WOM. I found one in the forum for I485 but not sure if it is the same way to write. Any help will be much appreciated. If there is already a posting for this please point me to the thread. Thanks,

Start by reading as much as you can on subject. A good start is the Wiki reference at :

Check the first post (sticky post) in this forum titled "Anyone with a lawsuit against USCIS or thinking about a lawsuit (Merged)". That is a goldmine for all the information about WOM. There is a person "lazycis" who helps people so much in that forum.

As previous poster said, this is not one complaint. It is a lawsuit. You can do it on your own as many have done but if you have $2500/3000, I would say go with a good attorney and let him handle it all.
