Need help with two I-485 questions, submitting tomorrow!

I am concurrently filing I-130 and I-485. There are 2 questions that I am still confused about.

1) If I am filing concurrently, what category do I fall under in Part 2. Application type?

2) In Part 3, C. It says list clubs, organizations etc. Do I have to mention U.S college and university clubs that I am part of or have been?

Looking for quick answers, filing tomorrow....

since you are not telling us on what basis you are filing concurrently, we really can't answer your first question. We can assume it's because a visa number is available to you immediately, but that's just an assumption.

UNiversity clubs - yes.
