Hi,

i need help with my O1 petition, i paid the premium process to get the O1, but i heard i still have to prove a few things, i've already prove what they actually ask in the USICS web site, anyone knows if it's getting harder to get this visa ?
any suggestions that could help me with this visa ?
anyone knows how many days can take after i send the rest of the documents ??

You still have to prove everything! We document everything, and then document even more. Give them more than just the minimum on the website; that won't be enough.

As for how many days, if you file with Premium Processing, then USCIS is required to give you a decision in 15 business days or less.

do you think if it is taking longer i will have more chances to be denied ? or do you think it don't matter ? i send the RFE already.
