Need help with motion to terminate asylum case

Hello,

I have an asylum master hearing scheduled for April.
I have been maried for almost a year and was already approved for Relative immigration visa petition.
I've been told that I need to send
- Notice of approval of relative immigration visa approval
- Receipt of filing I-485
- Motion to terminate asylum case

So my question is if I can send this motion without an attorney and where do I get a form for this motion?

It's not clear the GC itself has been issued or approved. The OP only mentioned an immigrant petition being approved, and may still be waiting on the associated I-485 to be processed.
