Hi everyone

I am an asylee trying to adjust my status. I traveled during the summer with my travel document. On the form I 485 under recent immigration history, it asks when was the last time you entered in the United States, do I have to state my summer travel or do I state the last time I entered with my non immigrant visa? I wasn't given a I 94 number when i came during the summer, my travel document was just stamped. And how can they know how long ive been out of the country? The form just states when i last arrived. Did anyone travel with travel document before applying for Green card? i need some help in answering that part.
Thank you guys

Hey Zamjeu,
Every time you leave the USA the CBP has a history of your travels abroad if you are an asylee or any Alien Resident, CBP in recent years has developed a digital I94/ I736 system that can give Visitors travel history that dates back to 5 years /Resident Aliens a travel history that dates back to ten years. If I were you, I could attach the last 194 copy on asylum grant, Copy of the stamp issued if there is any and also consult with an immigration lawyer. You can also research the previous print out of Arrival/Departure History generated by your COP's passport from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search
Look these archived press: https://www.cbp.gov/newsroom/spotlights/arrivaldeparture-history-now-available-i-94-webpage
