Where can I download the form form me to sign to go with I 765. The 765 is for the EAD to go with 485.

Not downloadable

You\'re probably referring to an attachment to I-765 called "signature card". The form is not downloadable; one needs to either order it from the INS site via mail or to get a copy at a local INS office.. Am not sure if you can file I-765 without the card, although some people here claim to have done it.
