Need help with filing EAD at VSC

Hello Folks,
Can anyone pass me the mailing address of VSC for filing EAD?
Also, do i need to mail the signature card or index finger impression card along with other EAD docs?

u can find the address on the form i-765 downloaded from the ins.gov.

i recently filed for ead extension but I don't remember the address. I sent the doc's to the address specified on the form.

The address is provided in the instructions.
and you DO NOT need the signature card and also the fees have changed to $88
