Need HELP with EB1-OR, EB1-EA and NIW applications

Hello Folks:
I am thinking of applying for EB1-EA, EB1-OR and NIW (all self-petitioned). I need help in preparing various packages, since it is obvious to me that all three have to be slightly different. You cannot petition EB1-OR yourself. Your employer has to do that for you.
