need help with DS 156

Hi everybody. Could anyone pls help me with visa revalidation . The second page of DS 156 asks a question about :

if we have any family member here that is husband/wife...brother/sister etc..and their status.

I have a H1 B approval . I have to revalidate my visa. My husband is here in USA. Has his work permit...EAD. Do you think that they (Missouri revalidation center)will send the application back asking for details about my husband's status..as i have not enclosed a copy of his EAD. But I need tro travel to India soon.
Did anyone have any similar case. Pls post.
Or any other reason for refusal. I need to be in India ASAp...due to family matters.

Mention it

No need to give supporting documents. The form is a generic one and that Q is relevant for consular applicants, not for you.
