Need help urgent

Hi,

I need some help on a different issue. My H1 visa is getting expired on 30 Oct 2005. I just got my drivers license some 15 days back which also expires along with my visa. There has been some new laws implemented for non immigrant driving license recently.
Now my new H1B apporval notice is probably going to come in November and December, by the time my drivers license will expire. I had a hard time for the first time to get the Drivers license, now I dont want to go thru the same thing again.

Can anyone help me what can I do on this?

Honestly you can't do a thing about this.

With the REAL id act, soon all states will have this as a requirement when issuing DLs -- you need to keep renewing as & when you get updated immigration documents.

If you find out a "workaround", I'd be very interested to know about it !!
 
Hi,

Well as of now, I am waiting for my Visa approval to come before my drivers license expires. I cant think of anything else.
