My friend is a M.D.(Gynac) in India and he wants to come to US on J1 visa with his family. His wife is also M.D.(Gynac). He can clear all the exams governed by ECFMG. I don't know how can we obtain a letter from the State Health Department clinic/hospital of Medically Underserved area? I have seen the US State Govt. website and found a statewise list of all concerned officers. So should he just forward his C.V. to all these officers and clear ECFMG or there is some other procedure. Could you please explain??
