Need help to clarify my situation

I applied for NIW April/2005, got approved and filed I485 on May/2005, I485 still pending.

I used AP to travel this July, after getting back, I applied for EAD since I was considering changing job.

I got an offer from a company, today, I also got notification that my EAD was approved.

I talked with the company HR person, but she does not seem to know much about what I need to do... She just told me I can present my EAD card for my job...

Is there something I need to do here? Like inform USCIS about my job change?

Thanks, I really need some suggestions!

----------- are you still on H1 status? use of AP does not invalidate H1 status if you are working for same employer who filed your latest H1

-------------- It may take 5-10 days to get EAD in hand

---------------- your I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending more than 180 days and that makes you eligible to invoke AC21. to invoke AC21 you will need permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties. ask the employer if they are ready to give you the letter so that you can invoke AC21 and request the USCIS to approve the I-485 based on new job offer. if the HR lady dont know about AC21 talk to that company lawyer or hire your lawyer and let him talk to new comany HR so that new company HR know what letter they have to give you to invoke AC21

Thanks, I appreciate it...
