Need help: Temporary Problem message with 1-800 number

I put in an enquiry with TSC by calling the 1-800 number on Jan 7th. The online message changed to the standard, we have responded to your enquiry ......

We got our FP notice in Feb and did our fingerprinting on Feb 23rd. Our online message never changed.

We are trying to do a second enquiry, but the 1-800 number gives us the "due to temporary problems we are unable to access your information" message. We don't know how to get past that and talk to someone there.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Please help.

That is standard message many are getting. There is a way around it. Use your EAC number from an approved EAD or AP. Then you would be able to talk to a rep by selecting "3" when they are done telling you about status of your approved EAD.

Hope this helps.

Apparently you get the error message every time you made an inquiry and it will take a while before it will be fixed. You'll need to press other options to get to your service reps?
