Need Help Stamping

HI FOLKS
I Came on B2 VISA Changed status to H1B1 July. I need to go my country very badly. So friends advice me on this issue where I Should go to get multiple visa stamping.

Easiedt way is to get it from your home country consulate...Take all you papers with recent paystubs, letter from your employer etc. and get it stamped. Its not very complicated.

thanks for your advise but i was thinking to go to canada to get it done if in case they do not give me i can always come back with approval letter only.Is this right?Pl. give me suggestion on that in india i know i can always go but there is risk.
