Iam the primary GC Applicant.
Our 485 is currently pending.
We both have EAD and AP since oct 02 (renewed recently).
Iam still using my H1 to work ( not informed my Company to use my EAD by filling the W9 form).
At the same time, My wife has started using EAD to work and has been working for 1 year now.
I just wanted to get a confirmation, that I can be on H1 while my wife is using the EAD. Am I doing something wrong here?
My case is little complicated because my GC is for future employment and hence, the H1 Iam on is not with my GC sponsor. Iam working for a diffrent employer with whom I have a valid H1. The intention is when I get my GC I will go and work for my GC Sponsor.
