Hi,

I Was on H1B status ,I left US last year 2010 but company is going to inform USCIS about my H1B exit now, is there any way for my company to know that i left USA last year itself from USCIS, Will USCIS inform this to my company?

I am remote employee.

When you departed US then you surrender the I-94 and record of your exit from US is updated with USCIS. USCIS is not going to inform the employer but your exit is recorded. If employer did not had job for you then US employer may have also Revoked your H1 by writing to USCIS.

i am on second 3 years term of H1visa.My parents who are LPR, have already petitioned for me. I am unmarried. If my term of present H1 expires before My priority date being current ,will I have to go back home?

You are unmarried son/daughter of LPR. wait for your PD to be current and then you can submit I-485 if you are in US
