Need help regarding Stamping

I got my I-485 approved. I checked it in AVM and I haven\'t got my approval letter yet.

I am in Raleigh. Can someone tell whether I can got to the local Charlotte INS office to get it stamped or do I need to go to an INS office under CSC jurisdiction.

You can stamp your passport in Charlotte office. No need to
fly to California. If you could, please post your passport
stamping experience. Thanks in advance. Good luck for stamping
