Here is my situation. Mine is a Labor Substitution case. My company applied for I485/I140 using already approved Labor of someone. I got my I140 Approved last month.
1) Since my I140 is apporved Can I use AC21?
2) I checked with the lawyer and he said that it is very risky to shift a company without having completed 6 months after I140 is approved. I don't know how far this is true.
3) I don't have the copy of the Labor certification? I have asked the company for whom I am working now and they refused to send a copy. Can I join a company without the copy of the LC? I have a copy of approved I140 but it doesn't have job description in it.
4) I didn't get my finger print notice yet. If I change the company will it effect the finger printing process? If I join a new company, does the notice go to the old company?
Any input is appreciated.
