Need help!! Q#26 7 Q27 in DS 156 form

Q26 & Q27 in DS 156 form...

I am working here on H1 from 1 year ( f1 to h1 change)

what do I need to fill in for

how long do u intend to stay in US??

and

What is the purpose of your Trip


and also My Employer's address has been changed recently
so what addr do I need to fill in the DS 156 form

Addr in I 797(H1 approval)

or the current addr??

--- Write the validity of H1 status, note it from the H1 approval and write the Validity date of H1
and

---- I am in US working on H1B status

---- write the current address of the employer it should be same as on Employer letter

My 797(H1 approval form) has the Old addr of the Employer I got my H1 approval last year.

... my company moved to new address(same city but address has been chnaged) two months back...
When I got the employment letter it has the new Address


SO I am getting confused ....about what address do I need to write in DS 156 form


If I write the current address will the consular officer at embassy ask why this address is different from my 797 Approval...

Please help me............

---- you have to write that address(new)

--- you should write the current address of employer

------ Employer can change the address anytime, no problem if the address on I-797 is different.
