If your I-485 is pending at TSC, you should send application there. If you have a valid postal address at Texas, you can put that address as your address. All your INS correspondence (receipt, RFE, EAD card) will come to that address and INS letters are not for forwarding. Otherwise, provide your new California address at EAD application (but still you should apply at TSC) and also send AR-11 (change of address form) to INS (London, KY).
