Dear all,

I'm a GC holder and my fiance in my home country and we want to marry and stay together at US what is the fastes and secured steps we can follow and how long will it take ?

I'm just coming to us since two months and don't want to lose time

As you are a GC holder, the fastest you could get your fiance over here is if you marry, and then you're looking at a 4-6 year wait (this will be reduced to 8-12 months once you become a citizen).
If you want your fiance over here quicker than that then your fiance will need to look at getting a visa on his own accord (ie, work sponsorship, student visa etc).

I heared that if 3 years have passed you are legible to get your visa

it's either about 4-5 years if you don't become a citizen, or however long it takes you to become one + processing time 6-12 months. If it takes you less than 2 years from now to become a citizen, then your wife will indeed have a chance to immigrate in about 3 years.

different visa types have different lengths of authorized stay

Keep in mind, however, that if your spouse chooses to obtain a non-immigrant visa (tourist, student, etc) and USCIS finds upon entry that he's married to a GC holder, it may be grounds for denying his/her entry. Heck, if they find this out at the actual visa interview, they may deny issuing the visa to begin with. This is because marriage to a GC holder establishes an immigration intent, which contradicts the regulations of a non-immigrant visa.

Nevertheless, a lot of people do it without any problems..
