Need help please....Please help....H1 transfer/extension

Hi!!! Please help me. I need your advice desperately.

1) My visa expires in Dec 2006.
2) I'm with compnay A who will be filling for my H1B extension in 2nd week of Nov 2006.
3) I have offer from compnay B, which will transfer my H1B "AS SOON AS" compnay A files for an extension. (without actually waiting till the visa gets extended)

Question --- Now will the visa extension from compnay A will be invalidated as soon as the company B files for the transfer of visa?

Question --- Once the compnay B transfer the visa, does it again have to file for the extension?

Please let me know ASAP.

---------------- then why you want to file H1 Ext trough A, B can file H1 transfer/extension

Thanks for your reply. The compnay B wants to wait till the A files for an extenstion (not sure why??).

So assuming this can you please answer my questions again.
Also is Visa extesion is same as Visa transfer??

---- extension of approved petition is filed so that it can be extended till the time you are eligible to get H1 extension or validity of new LCA that they submit with extension. transfer is just change of employer and new employer file the form, fee. employer B can file transfer and it will be approved till you are eligible for H1 and what they ask on form. if the B dont agree better file H1 extension with premium processing and once you get H1 extension approval in 15-20 days after approval of extension then let the B file for transfer. for more info talk to comany B lawyer
