Hi Friends,

Need help with Ead renewal which is expiring Nov 25 02...Please advise the necessary documents to be provided....Is it better to go through the attorney or just do the renewal by ourself??...I have a daughter below 14 & her EAD also expires on the same date...I am planning to renew mine & my wife's but is it safe to renew my daughters or just leave it?..Anybody with any info please advise...Thanks for all the help everybody has been providing on this board.

EAD renewal

In the first place why did you have to apply for an EAD for your daughter? There is no need to renew the EAD for your daughter, if she does not plan on working. Or is the AP (travel) document that you are referring to here. If it is the AP document that you are referring to over here, then you might need to renew, in case you are planning on a trip outside US in the near future. As far as the documents are concerned, you will need to fill out the EAD application form, photographs similar to the one already on your present EAD card, copy the EAD card that you have now, check for $120 in favour of the INS, I am not sure if copies of the PP are required.
 
And If you have the top portion of the paper that came with your EAD first time, 485 receipt.
 
If you can fill out a membership...

application at your local vidoe store you can apply for EAD yourself.
