Need help on spouse work onEAD

Wife is working on EAD and it will expire before we recieve EAD renewal. I understand that she have stop working till she receives EAD.

But the question In my case; I have been working on H1 and have a valid H1. do I have any efect on my Job because of her accepting job on EAD.

Sharma123, no need to worry!

As far as your wife is working on a valid EAD and you have H1, everything seems to be fine.

If EAD renewal is not approved within 3 months, she can try for iEAD ( you can try for early interim EAD also) and continue to work. Hope you have the EAD renewal receipt in hand.

This is purely based on my assumptions, please confirm with your lawyer.
