Need help on recapturing old priority date

I have an approved LC and I-140 in my previous company. However my previous company was acquired some time later after I joined in my current company.

Now my BEC LC sponsored by my current company was approved. Can I recapture my old prority date? My previous company doesn't exist any more. Will it affect the recapturing?

yes. Do you have the copies of old approved 140 and LC to reflect the old PD.
Also do you know that your previous company didn't revoke that old 140 on any fraud basis? If not, you will be able to use the old PD while filing 140 and 485.
