Need Help on I-485 issue

I am currently working on H1 with my company on 8th yr extension. But , my I140 was already approved on 08/30/05. I have done concurrent filing and my receipt date is 08/16/2005. Now, I have got a new Full Time job offer and wanted me to join by 3rd week of December. I haven't finished my 180 days limit on I-485. I am requesting this new company to absorb me as a contractor until I finish my 180days period. Can you please let me know if there are any feasible options to take up this new oppertunity without affecting my GC process.

It depends upon your relations and policy of the GC sponsoring company. What is their reaction?

With EAD you can work for multiple employers. But it depends on the agreement with your current employer. You need to notice them before doing so. If they agree for you to work 2 jobs, it is fine.
 
I still haven't used my EAD with my current employer. I am still working on the H1 only. In this case I believe I can't work on H1-B and on EAD in other place. Can I move on to the 2nd employer before I finish 180 days on I-485. If I can what kind of measures I should be taking with my current employer for not affecting my GC process.
 
be 200% sure that he doesnot revoke 140

you can join the new employment but can't claim AC21 before 180 days and if your GC sponsor is Ok then you have to join him after GC approval, if you get an RFE then be prepared to join him back right away and make sure he can provide you paystubs. if you get approved then be prepared at citizenship time to answer,but at any point of time you are at the mercy of GC sponsor. unless he is your uncle in that case go enjoy...
