need help on I-134 form for my spouse (I-485)

hi friends,
i am planning to apply I-485. I need to submit I-134 for my spouse. I looked at USCIS website and this form is not there. Are they no longer using this form? Is it very important to submit the old form which expires on 04-30-07. Please advice me. Greatly appreciate your help.

I am also preparaing to apply my I485.
