I have 6 plus years of exp. Currently on H4. Kindly let me know what are the good colleges in bay area. Will MS at this stage add any value. What are the different options to study further. I am not inclined to do MBA.

You can do ur MS while u are in H4, but u can't avail finance aids.
Use google for the best college.
